APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Query syntax error found in logs while cancelling the work
    order.
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    
    1. Go To the database and run select * from maximo.workorder
    where historyflag=0 and pmnum is not null and pmduedate is null
    2. Go to work order tracking and use one of the WO from the
    query result in step 1.
    
    3. From more action > change the status to cancel
    
    
    RESULTS :
    the work order will get cancelled successfully, but you will see
    the below error in logs
    select max(pmduedate) from workorder where pmnum= 'IC-11200' and
    siteid= 'BEDFORD' and status not in ( 'CAN' ) and pmduedate > is
    null
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    No error on the logs.
