APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If the Schedule Start Date is modified on the Task of a work
    order on the Plans tab, the date does not update in Graphical
    Assignment when the Refresh Schedule option is selected
    
    Replication Steps:
    
    1. Login Maximo
    2. Go to Work Order Tracking application
    3. Create one new work order with
    
    WO=1295TR, Target Start=10/22/23, Target Finish=10/30/23,
    on Plans tab Labor - Craft ELECT for 6 hours
    
    4. Go to Graphical Assignment
    5. Create a NEW assignment record, Query=return_WO_created_above
    
    6. Click on the Graphical View section and note the Work Order
    and Assignment sync on dates
    
    7. Now return to the work order in WOT
    8. Change the Schedule Start to 10/20/23, save the record
    9. Return to GA and recall GA record from above
    10. Select Refresh Work List
    
    Result: Click on Work View, Start date is NOT changed
    
    Expected result: The start date should change on the
    Assignment/Work Order
    .
