  order will be similar to A1, C1, B1.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Manage Inspection Forms
  2. Open a form Test
  3. Create New Revision
  4. Edit the Revision
  5. Edit existing question test: The Single Numeric Answers are
  sorted 2a1, 2b1, 2c1
  6. Cancel the editing
  7. Duplicate the question test and name it test1
  8. Edit question test1
  
  RESULT:
  
  The answers will show 2a1, 2c1, 2b1
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
