IJ48259: CISPEC ASSET ATTRIBUTE IS NOT DISPLAYED AS PER ORG AND SITE

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  In Configuration Item application, classification specifications
  are displayed incorrectly when multiple attributes are created
  with same ATTRIBUTEID for different sites.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1 Sign in to a Maximo environment
  2 a) Navigate to Administration-->Classifications
  application,  b) Under More Actions Click Add Modify Properties,
  Select
  Attributes,  c) From the dialog click New Row,
        Attribute    = 1TYPE
        Description  = 1Type, MCLEAN
        Data Type    = TABLE
        Organization = EAGLENA
        Site         = MCLEAN
   d) Click New row
        Attribute    = 1TYPE
        Description  = 1Type, BEDFORD
        Data Type    = ALN
        Organization = EAGLENA
        Site         = BEDFORD
  3 a) In classifications application, Click New classification,
        Classification    = TESTCLASS-IT
   b) Under Use With Section, Click New Row and map CI on Use with
  Object attribute,
   c) In the Attributes section, Click on New Row, Add New
  attribute as below,
        Attribute    = 1TYPE
        Organization = EAGLENA
        Site         = MCLEAN
        Domain       = [choose a table domain]
        Table Attribute = [choose a valid table attribute for
  selected domain]
  
        Lookup Name  = [choose a valid lookup for selected domain]
  
       Save the classifications.
  4 a) Click New classification,
        Classification    = TESTCLASS-BAG
   b) Under Use With Section, Click New Row and map CI on Use with
  Object attribute,
   c) In the Attributes section, Click on New Row, Add New
  attribute as below,
        Attribute    = 1TYPE
        Organization = EAGLENA
        Site         = BEDFORD
       Save the classifications.
  5 a) Navigate to IT Infrastructure --> Configuration Items,Click
  New CI,
        Configuration Item Name = TESTCI-IT
        Configuration Item Number = TESTCI-IT
        Classification  = TESTCLASS-IT
   b) save the CI.
   c) Click New CI,
        Configuration Item Name = TESTCI-BAG
        Configuration Item Number = TESTCI-BAG
        Classification  = TESTCLASS-BAG
   d) save the CI.
  6 a) Filter for TESTCI-IT record in Configuration Items.
   b) Navigate to CI Details tab, From the below section available
  click on Specifications tab
   c) Notice that the attribute mapped is having Data Type as ALN.
  
  
  Actual Result:
  Attribute having Data Type as ALN is mapped.
  
  Expected Result:
  Attribute having Data Type as Table should be mapped.
