IJ47915: THE WORK ORDER GENERATED THROUGH A PM HAS THE WRONG STATUS, AS WELL AS ITS TASKS.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• PM should generate Workorder in APPR Status but is generating
  Workorder in WAPPR Status. Owner field is also not getting auto
  populated in the generated Workorder.
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
  1. Go to Storerooms applications and create a new storeroom:
  STORE1
  Save it
  
  2. Go to Item Master Application.
  Create an Item and associate to the Storeroom. ITEM10
  Order Unit: EACH
  Issue Unit: EACH
  Current Balace: 0
  
  3. Go to Locations Application and create a Location. LOC10
  Type: OPERATING
  More Action > Associate Systems with Location > PRIMARY >
  NEEDHAM
  OK
  Save
  
  4. Go To Assets.
  Create an Asset and link it to this Location. ASSET10
  No Spare Parts and No Sub-Assemblies.
  Change its status to OPERATING or ACTIVE
  
  5. Go to Job Plans.
  Create a Job Plan with some tasks: JP10
  Siteid: BEDFORD
  Orgid: EAGLENA
  
  Task10 > Nested Job Plan: 401
  Task 20
  Task 30
  
  Under Materials subtab
  Add New Row
  Task: 30
  Item: ITEM10
  Storeroom: STORE1

  Safety Plan, Specifications for Parent Job Plan.
  
  6. Go to Preventive Maintenance.
  Create a new PM. PM10

  Work Order Status: APPR
  Lead: WILSON
  Owner: MAXADMIN
  Use this PM to Trigger PM Hierarchy? : check
  Child Work Orders and Tasks Will Inherit Status Changes?: check

  Under Frequency tab > Time Based Frequency
  1 DAYS
  Estimated Next Due Date: today
  
  Save

  More Actions > Generate Work Orders

  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: The status of work orders and tasks
  are coming as WAPPR, as well as Lead and Owner fields are coming
  in blank.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The status of the work orders and tasks should
  be APPR and the Lead and Owner fields should be filled in as
  defined in the PM.
