Error description
Problem: Asset Total Downtime Calculation Issue. Significant mismatch to asset downtime reflects on asset application and overall downtime reported on asset. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Asset application 2. Select an Asset record (26200) 3. Attach a calendar and shift to record 4. Under More Actions select 'Report Downtime' 5. Under the Downtime Report section enable the 'Report Downtime' box and input start date and end date values. The hours field will get populated with the appropriate downtime hours reported. 6. Click Ok 7. Move to the Work Order Tracking application 8. Create a new Work Order record and populate the asset field with the asset from step 2 (26200) 9. Under More Actions select 'Report Downtime' 10. Under the Downtime Report section enable the 'Report Downtime' box and input start data and end date values. The hours field will get populated with the appropriate downtime hours reported. 11. Click Ok. 12. Move back to the Asset application and open the asset record (26200) that was attached to the Work Order 13. View the value for the Total Downtime Field. (It will show the cumulative downtime hours from both the asset application and the work order application) 14. Move back to the Work Order tracking record that was created 15. Under More Actions select 'Manage Downtime History' 16. Adjust the downtime for the asset record to 8:00 hours and click Ok 17. Move back to the Asset application and open the asset record that was attached to the Work Order 18. View the value for the Total Downtime Field. Results: The downtime field in the asset application will now display 8:00 hours instead of the cumulative time. Adjusting the hours from within the Manage Downtime History window will replace the previous value that was calculated for the downtime Expected Results: The downtime field should display the cumulative time with the updated value that was inputted within the Manage Downtime History window. It should not replace the existing calculation. Reported In Version: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
