Error description
While using the Apply Item Assembly Structure functionality on an asset, if a user excludes some row in the area Asset Hierarchy of the Apply Item Assembly Structure, specifically, pressing Mark row for delete (bin icon), then undoes this by pressing on the same row undo delete the item assembly structure will be altered in the Item Master application. Steps to replicate: 1. Go to Item Master application, create 3 different rotating items MYROT1, Rotating checkbox CHECKED MYROT2, Rotating checkbox CHECKED MYROT2, Rotating checkbox CHECKED Define the Item Assembly Structure with a 3-level hierarchy using the 3 previous items created as in the following illustration: Level1 MYROT1, recall MYROT1, click on IAT tab, under Children click New row, Item=MYROT2 Level2 MYROT22, recall MYROT2, click on IAT tab, under Children click New row, Item=MYROT3 2. Still in the Item Master application, go back to the list tab and filter for the three rotating items and change their statuses to ACTIVE 3. Go to the Asset application, create new record Asset=MYROTASS1 and set Item Number=MYROT1 as the related rotating item and save the record 4. Click on the menu option Apply Item Assembly Structure from the More Actions menu. 10. In Apply Item Assembly Structure dialogue box under Asset Hierarchy area click the chevron next to Item=MYROT2 and select menu option "Move to MYROT2" Now under the Item Hierarchy area, click the chevron next to field Belongs To=MYROT1 and select menu option "Move to MYROT1" RESULT: the following System Message is displayed BMXAA4107E - Because of an implementation or customization problem, the system cannot determine how the attributes of object ITEMSTRUCT correspond to the attributes SITEID,ASSETNUM of object ASSET. You might need to populate the MAXLOOKUPMAP table and restart the server. Reported in Version: Maximo 7.6.1.3
