APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Go to Work Order Tracking application.
    
    2. Create a new WO against any Calibration Asset, as for
    example, Asset CAL101. *** Do not save the WO record yet. ***
    
    3. Go to Data Sheet tab.
    
    4. In the Data Sheet tab > Associated Data Sheets section, click
    on New Row button.
    
    5. In the Data Sheet field, click on Detail Menu icon > Select
    Value.
    
    6. In the Select Value dialog, uncheck the option "Show only
    Data Sheets associated with the current Work Asset?", then click
    on Refresh button.
    
    7. Select the first Data Sheet from the list.
    
    8. Back to the Data Sheet tab > Associated Data Sheets section >
    Data Sheet line, click on Close Details icon.
    
    9. Click on New Row button again.
    
    10. In the Data Sheet field, click on Detail Menu icon > Select
    Value.
    
    11. In the Select Value dialog, select the second Data Sheet
    from the list.
    
    12. Back to the Data Sheet tab > Associated Data Sheets section,
    in the Data Sheet just selected:
    12.1. Check the "Required?" flag.
    12.2. Then click on Close Details icon.
    
    13. Save the WO record.
    
    14. In the Associated Data Sheets section, note that "Required?"
    flag is correctly selected in the 2 Data Sheet lines.
    
    15. Click on New Row button again.
    
    RESULTS:
    At this point, "Required?" flag of the second Data Sheet line
    becomes blank. This is the issue.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    "Required?" flag of the second Data Sheet line should remain
    selected.

    IBM Maximo Calibration 7.6.1.0
