Problem summary

• When a child process is invoked from a Parent Process a pipe
  gets created to read and write/error. Once the communication is
  done, the pipes should get closed. As child process is invoked
  multiple times and pipes not getting closed causing this failure
  after reaching the limit defined by MAXFILEPROC.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code is fixed to close the pipes when the child process is done
  and it resolves the issue.
