Problem summary

  • RTFReader does not support character encoding by using
"\fcharset control word".
"\'hh" (which is a hexadecimal value, based on the specified
character set) is converted by ansicpg1252 instead of "font
character set".

Problem conclusion

  • The implementation related to support character encoding by
using "\fcharset control word" has been done in RTFReader and
RTFEditor.
