APAR status

Error description

• Error "There was an exception on the server. Check your report
  parameter values, or contact your system administrator, who can
  find additional details in the server log." appears when
  selecting a site from the lookup for the Location Hierarchy
  report.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Login to  maximo
  Open Location application
  Click on action "Run Report"
  Run Report -->Location Hierarchy by System
  Select parameters for Site using lookup. Select a site with more
  than 7 characters in the name:  , System: PRIMARY
  Submit
  
  RESULTS:
  There was an exception on the server. Check your report
  parameter values, or contact your system administrator, who can
  find additional details in the server log."
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  report should run for the selected data

• no fix if site is >8 characters in length, or 8 characters if
  using the exact match - i.e. = in the parameter.
