Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  While associating a Labor from Associated Labor tab in Crafts
  application, inactive Labor records are also being displayed.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  ==================
  1) Login to Maximo as maxadmin
  2) Go to Labor application.
  3)Filter for Labor 'Siliki'.
  4)Change status of this record to Inactive
  5)Save the Record
  6)Go to Crafts application and filter by CARP.
  7)Select CARP Craft, Click on Associated Labor tab.
  8)Click on New Row, select the lookup from Labor field
  9)All Labor records including the Inactive Labor 'Siliki' are
  listed in the dialog box.
  
  
  RESULT
  Inactive Siliki labor is visible in crafts application.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Inactive labor should not be visible in crafts application
