  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Database Configuration
  
  2. Enable Audit on CONDITION table
  3. Go to Condition Expression Manager
  
  4. Create a new condition or select an existing one (not used
  on any other object)
  5. Delete the condition
  
  RESULT:
  
  Error displayed:  BMXAA1066E - Condition TEST cannot be deleted
  since it is being referenced in one or more places
