Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  I  Steps to create an Item record in CENTRAL Storeroom as
  below:
  . Balance: 6.00, BIN1, LOT1, Expired: Yes
  . Balance: 4.00, BIN2, LOT2, Expired: No
  It's needed to replicate the issue.
  
  1. Go to Item Master application.
  
  2. Create a new Item record with any valid number as the
  following:
  Lot Type: LOT
  Order Unit: EACH
  Issue Unit: EACH
  
  3. Change the Item record status to ACTIVE, selecting the option
  "Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory?".
  
  4. Add the Item to CENTRAL Storeroom, with the following info:
  Unit Cost: 1.00
  Default Bin: BIN1
  Current Balance: 10.00
  Lot: LOT1
  
  5. Go to Inventory Usage application.
  
  6. Create a new Usage record as the following:
  Usage Type: TRANSFER
  From Storeroom: CENTRAL
  
  Item: the Item created above
  From Bin: BIN1
  From Lot: LOT1
  Quantity: 4.00
  
  To Storeroom: CENTRAL
  To Site: BEDFORD
  To Bin: BIN2
  To Lot: LOT2
  
  7. Save the Usage record and change its Status to Complete.
  
  8. Go to Inventory application.
  
  9. Bring up the Item record to the screen and scroll-down until
  Inventory Balances section. In the BIN1, LOT1, Current Balance
  6.00 line, set Expiration Date to any date in the past.
  
  10. Save the record.
  
  Result:
  At this point, we have the Item record in CENTRAL Storeroom as
  below:
  . Balance: 6.00, BIN1, LOT1, Expired: Yes
  . Balance: 4.00, BIN2, LOT2, Expired: No
  It's needed to replicate the issue.
  
  II - Steps to replicate the issue:
  
  1. Go to Organizations application.
  
  2. Bring up EAGLENA Organization.
  
  3. From More Actions menu, select Inventory Options > Inventory
  Defaults.
  
  4. In the Inventory Defaults dialog, select both options
  "Disallow Negative Balance" and "Disallow Negative Available
  Balance".
  
  5. Go to Inventory Usage application.
  
  6. Create a new Usage record as the following:
  Usage Type: TRANSFER
  From Storeroom: CENTRAL
  
  Item: the Item created above
  From Bin: BIN1
  From Lot: LOT1
  Quantity: 6.00
  
  To Storeroom: PKG
  To Site: BEDFORD
  To Bin: BIN1
  To Lot: LOT1
  
  7. Save the Usage record.
  
  8. Try to change the Status to Complete.
  
  RESULT:
  At this point, the system throws the error:
  "BMXAA7691E - The status of inventory usage XXXX cannot be
  changed to COMPLETE.
  BMXAA7693E - The current requested quantity will cause a
  negative available balance for inventory usage line 1.
  Change the requested quantity before continuing with the
  transaction."
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  No error while trying to transfer the expired lot to another
  storeroom.
