APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Steps To Reproduce :
    
    1) Set the smtp host and the admin email from the System
    Properties
    2) Create a WO and save .
    
    3) Create a communication and submit.
    
    4) click the log tab of the WO , click the sub-tab of
    Communication .  A record should be  created for the
    communication sent.
    
    5) Expand the line and notice the Message section is blank  (
    This is the issue !! )
    
    6) Stay in the same WO and Repeat the step 3) and 5)  to submit
    the 2nd communication
    7) Note this time, the Message section showed the corresponding
    content for both communication .
    Note :  If the communication was sent using a comm template, the
    issue above will not happen.
    
    Expected Result :
    ===========
    The Message section should show the corresponding content for
    each communication regardless of the communication template was
    used or not.
