Error description

• 1.Cloud ROHA configuration fails in new data
  centers of IBM cloud. [Data center: dal10]
  with following error.
  - Unable to connect Service broker to fetch
  the LPAR details. Please verify your configuration
  to enable the connectivity to Service Broker from
  the node orapha-1.
  2.clcloudroha query command is not giving help if we give
  invalid argument.
  3.clmgr view report for cloudroha giving warnings.
  4.In Cloud ROHA environment, when we try to
  delete the cloud instance using clmgr, instance
  got deleted but seeing unwanted warning like below.
  Warning: when the "ACTION" input is used with
  a value of "delete", all other option(s) are invalid
  and will be disregarded.
  The problem here is that the command is expecting
  the CRN and API key attributes while deleting the
  instance, and the above message is inappropriate.

Problem summary

  the node orapha-1. If the problem persists contact IBM support.
  

Problem conclusion

• As PowerHA cloud roha depends on region value in cloud CRN for
  framing REST API url, the extraction is failing due to
  unexpected region in CRN. Background is, IBM cloud was giving
  us-south in CRN for dallas region datacenters, but for new data
  center, dal10 was given instead of us-south. Connected with IBM
  cloud team to get complete list of CRN regions for URL mappings.
   Modified the URL framing logic based on new CRN region values.
  This can handle future data centers as well.
