• ERROR DESCRIPTION:
  E-mail listener application cannot extract e-mails with Chinese
  characters in sender name.

  E-mail listener application cannot extract e-mails with Chinese
  characters in sender name.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Configure E-mail Listener with Oauth
  2. Send an e-mail with a Chinese character in sender name.
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  The e-mail doesn't appear in E-mail Processing tab and also
  blocks receiving the next emails. It needs to get deleted from
  mail box to E-mail Listener return to work.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The e-mail with special character in sender name should be
  extracted by E-mail Listener.
