• Problem description:
  
  Create Communication dialog template ID removed when adding
  attachment from library
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  Open Application Designer application and search for SR
  application
  Export LIBRARY.XML
  
  Modify the xml to include the following under the
  id="CREATECOMM" dialog:
  
  <pushbutton id="attachments_grid7_4" label="Attach From Library"
  mxevent="draddfromlibrary"/>
  
  Save LIBRARY.XML file and import it back via Application
  Designer.
  
  Go to the Service Request application and open any SR
  Click on Create Communication via More Actions menu
  Choose any template, e.g.: LSNRSRCI
  Click on the newly created Attach from Library button to add any
  library item.
  Click OK
  
  Current results:
  
  The template above (LSNRSRCI) now disappeared from the
  COMMLOG.TEMPLATEID field.
  
  
  Expected results:
  
  The template ID should stay there when a Library item is added
  via the new Attach from Library button.
  
  
  Environment:
  
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
