Only localopts user & group showing in a root permission. Rest
everything is showing correct.

This is a bug in 10.1 FTA. MDM 10.1 localopts file is having no
such issue.

Local fix

  • In order to avoid problems on this, customer can change it
manually user and group of localopts, and make them equals to
the other files contained in TWSDATA folder.

Problem summary

  • The code will be modified to fix the problem

Problem conclusion

  • The fix for the APAR will be delivered in 10.1 FP4 and 10.2.1
