  Assets applications v/s Locations appilcation
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1 Assets application
  Go to Assets --> Safety Tab
  
  Select a Hazard
  RESULT:
  Precaution gets automatically populated before saving
  
  2 Locations application
  Go to Locations --> specify a location and type
  Go to Safety Tab
  Select a Hazard
  Precaution does not get populated
  Save the Location record
  
  RESULT:
  Precaution gets populated.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Expecting same behavior across Location and Assets.
