Error description

• TITLE: Favorite application portlet text alignment in Arabic
  language
  DESCRIPTION:
  Issue in the favorite application portlet when log in with
  Arabic language the applications names appear at the left side
  of portlet however in arabic it should appear at the left side
  of portlet. as shown in the screenshot
  
  Customer need to change text alignment from left to right in
  this portlet and customer needs to know how to apply that.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Login to Maximo Application where Arabic language is installed
  as 2nd Language.
  In the Start center check the Alignment of columns. Application
  Name , Favourite Application column.
  
  RESULT: All the columns are Left aligned
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Language should be right aligned not the
  Columns and Application Name.
