IJ46369: 7.6.1.2 - CHECK BOXES ON TABLES ROWS ARE NOT BEING REFRESHED WHEN EDIT MODE IS ENABLED

Error description

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
  
  The check boxes are disabled by default when edit mode it turned
  on for the application. The check boxes are visible, but
  disabled. They should get enabled like any other attribute on
  the record when the edit icon is clicked, but the check boxes
  that are under table control do not get enabled when you are on
  that tab. If we refresh or switch from another tab then the
  check boxes are enabled.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE
     Go to Application Designer, open the WOTRACK (Work Order
  Tracking) application and enable Edit Mode. Log out and log back
  in.
     Create a new Work Order, and add a few records under Plans >
  Materials (I used this because it has a checkbox attribute in
  it, but you can try with other applications as well)
     To replicate the issue you need to open the record, go to
  Plans > Materials tab (checkboxes will be read-only), and just
  then click the Edit button. Only the first row will have the
  checkbox enabled. If you switch to Labor sub-tab and come back
  to Materials, all rows will have the checkbox enabled.
     Notice that the same thing happens when you release Edit
  Mode, only the first row will have the checkbox back to
  read-only.
