IJ46355: VERTICAL SCROLL BAR DOES NOT STAY WITHIN A DIALOG.

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  If Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome is used, the vertical scroll
  bar does not stay within a dialog.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) From System Properties, set tivoli13 for mxe.webclient.skin
  and perform the live refresh.
  
  2) Open any application. For example, open Assets application.
  
  3) Open an asset record.
  
  4) Click "Select Value" icon for a field. For example, click
  "Select Value" icon next to "Type" field.
  
  5) Confirm the vertical scroll bar does not stay within a
  dialog.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The vertical scroll bar should always stay within a dialog like
  it does when iot18 is set to mxe.webclient.skin.
  
  PRODUCT VERSION:
  Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3
  

Local fix

• Local Fix:
  
  This issue does not happen if iot18 is set to
  mxe.webclient.skin. Even when tivoli13 is set for the property,
  it does not happen with FireFox.
