Error description

  • Problem Description
    While Maximo is calculating average cost in inventory
    application, it is not updating rounding value to two digits
    properly.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    
    .GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY (Nuc)
    .Bring up 0-0031 item from Garage storeroom
    .MORE ACTIONS >> INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS >> PHYSICAL COUNT
    ADJUSTMENT
    .New Count: 8
    .Click OK
    .MORE ACTIONS >> INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS >> AVERAGE COST
    .New Average Cost: 74.82
    .Click OK
    .MORE ACTIONS >> INVENTORY ADJUSTMENTS >> RECONCILE BALANCES
    .Click OK
    
    Now, here is the scenario.
    Item: 0-0031
    Current Balance: 8.00
    Average Cost: 74.82
    
    .GO TO >> PURCHASING >> PURCHASE ORDERS (Nuc)
    .Create a new record
    .Company: FORD
    .Click in PO Lines tab
    .Click New Row
    .Item: 0-0031
    .Quantity: 8.00
    .Order Unit: EACH
    .Conversion Factor: 1.0
    .Unit Cost: 76.33
    .Tax: 0.00
    .Storeroom: Garage
    .Save
    .Change status to APPR
    
    .GO TO >> PURCHASING >> RECEIVING
    .Bring up the receiving using the PO number
    .Click 'Select Ordered Items' button
    .Select the line showing in the dialog
    .Click OK
    .Save
    
    
    .GO TO >> INVENTORY >> INVENTORY (Nuc)
    .Bring up 0-0031 item from Garage storeroom
    
    
    RESULTS: Average cost is 75.57
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:   Maximo should show up 75.58 as average cost.
