Error description

Local fix

  • Use the following JVM option:
    -Djdk.nativeCrypto=false
    This will turn off OpenSSL implementation.
    

Problem summary

  • The OpenSSL API BN_bn2bin states that a new BIGNUM is created if
    
    the last argument is NULL. In this case, this resulted in a
    native memory leak.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code has been fixed to clean up the allocated memory.
