Error description

• TITLE: Inspection Form Preview does not show text answers after
  IFIX4 has been installed
  
  DESCRIPTION:
  Dear Support Team,
  
  in Q4/2022 we upgraded the customer's Maximo system to rel.
  7.6.1.3. A major reason was that the customer intended to
  introduce the Maximo Inspections functionality in order to go on
  in a more paperless direction. Until today go-live of the new
  functionlity is blocked because before IFIX4 it was not possible
  to reference inspections against locations but only against
  assets.
  
  Now we did various tests with the customers development system
  and found out, that the Inspection Form Preview does not show
  text answers anymore with IFIX4. This issue will further block
  the introduction of the new functionality so we hope you can
  help us soon.
  
  Base language of the customer's system is German and we did
  tests with the language pack English and without the language
  pack English. In both cases the problem was the same.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1.	Navigate to Work Center Manage Inspection Forms
  2.	Click on button Create form
  3.	Enter Name, e. g. Testform for IBM
  4.	Click on button Add Questions
  5.	Enter question, e. g. Condition of the house?
  6.	Click on response field Text response
  7.	Enter description, e. g. Remarks
  8.	Click on response field Text response again
  9.	Enter description, e. g. Other comments
  10.	Click on Button Done
  11.	Click on Button Save
  12.	Click on button Preview
  13.	The question Condition of the house is presented, however
  not the both response fields Remarks and Other Comments
  14.	Change the status of the form to Active
  15.	Click on button Preview again
  16.	The question Condition of the house is presented, however
  still not the both response fields Remarks and Other
  Comments
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Response fields should be populated
