APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM: 'Process Pending Reforecast' function does not work
    properly
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1. Go to Job Plans application
    Create a Job Plan (TESTJP1) with Task 10 (8 hrs)
    
    Change status to ACTIVE
    
    2. Go to Preventive Maintenance application
    
    Create a PM (1027)
    Set Asset: 11230
    Click Frequency tab and Time-Based Frequency subtab
    Set Frequency: 1 MONTH
    Set Estimated Next Due Date: 2023/04/01
    Save record and change status to ACTIVE
    
    
    3. Click Forecast tab
    Set Reforecast Subsequent Dates? checked
    
    
    4. Click More Actions/ Generate Forecast
    Generate forecast for 150 days
    4/1/23
    5/1/23
    6/1/23
    7/1/23
    8/1/23
    
    5. Go to Graphical Scheduling application
    Create a Graphical Scheduling record (TESTGS1)
    
    Set Calendar/Shift: DAY/DAY
    In Work Queries, add a row
    Set Data Source: PM
    Set Where Condition: pmnum='1027' and siteid='BEDFORD'
    Save.
    
    6. In Graphical View, right click for the first bar
    Click Move to Next Day (4/2/23)
    
    
    7. Right-click on the PM record and select 'Commit Select PM
    Records' option
    This message appears: "BMXAT1062I - Are you sure want to commit
    changes?"
    Click YES
    
    
    8. Hyperlink to the PM application
    
    
    9. Go to the Forecast tab
    New date is then set to 4/2/23 for the first row (4/1/23
    forecast date)
    
    
    RESULT:  'Reforecast Pending?' box is not checked. When
    clicking 'Process Pending Reforecast', this message appears:
    "BMXAT0217E - There is no reforecast pending to process"
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: 'Reforecast Pending?' box should be checked.
    When clicking 'Process Pending Reforecast', the PM record should
    be reforecast.
    
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
