Error description

  • Description:
    Siteid of user's default storeroom location is changed when an
    inventory usage for another site is split using 'create
    remaining usage lines' action.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1 Login to Maximo as maxadmin
    
    2 Default Information:
    Default Insert Site: Bedford
    Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: Bedford
    Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions:	Central
    
    3 Organizations --> Eaglena --> inventory options --> Inventory
    Defaults
    Automatically create usage documents for new reservations? -
    Checked
    
    4 Go to Create Requisition --> Request 2 items from Storeroom
    central with a quantity of 1 each
    0-0031
    0-0048
    
    5 Submit the requisition --> Note requisition number --> 1004
    
    6 Change the User Default Information
    Default Insert Site: Fleet
    Storeroom Site for Self-Service Requisitions: Fleet
    Default Storeroom for Self-Service Requisitions:	Atlanta
    
    7 Go to Inventory Usage --> find the record for requisition 1004
    (search for 1004 in description field)
    
    8 Remove line 2 (Item 0-0048) and change the status of the
    record to Complete
    
    9 More Actions --> Create Remaining Usage Lines --> Save the
    newly duplicated Inventory usage record
    
    10 Go to Storeroom application --> Atlanta
    
    RESULT:
    The site of storeroom has changed from FLEET to BEDFORD
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    Altanta's site should remain FLEET.
