IJ45687: ERROR WHEN DUPLICATING A WORK ORDER WHEN THERE ARE ASSOCIATED HAZARDS.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a work order is duplicated and it has hazards associated
  with it (more than 1), one of the hazards is deleted and the
  other is duplicated causing the error that is shown on the
  screen.
  BMXAA4515E - This hazard and the related asset are already
  associated. To prevent duplicate entries, change the hazard or
  the related asset
  
  STEPS TO REPLICATE:
  
  1) Go to Work Order Tracking application and create a new work
  order.
  
  2) Under Safety Plan tab add some hazards and mark the
  "Hazardous Material Enabled?" box
  I used: DUST, HEAT1 and HEAT2
  
  3) Under more actions > Duplicate work order
  You will notice that HEAT2 will be missing and the DUST will be
  duplicated.
  
  4) Under more actions > Duplicate work order again and save it
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: "BMXAA4515E - This hazard and the
  related asset are already associated. To prevent duplicate
  entries, change the hazard or the related asset." ppopsup on the
  screen because we have the DUST hazard duplicated
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: The DUST hazard should not be duplicated in
  place of the HEAT hazard, preventing the error from happening
  and the work order being duplicated as many times as necessary.
