IJ45665: MAXIMO CREATES A PURCHASE REQUISITION (PR) (AND A CORRESPONDING PURCHASE ORDER (PO)) FOR UNSUBMITTED REQUISITION IN STATUS DRAF

Error description

• Description:
  Maximo creates a Purchase Requisition (PR)  (and a corresponding
  Purchase Order (PO)) for unsubmitted requisition in status
  DRAFT.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin on Chrome
  
  2. Create a New Requisition (1006)
  
  3. Choose to Continue and add a new line for material (not item)
  with required fields Quantity, Order Unit, Unit Cost and GL
  Debit Account filled in.
  
  4. Save the Requisition as Draft.
  
  5. Choose 'View Details in Draft Requisition' Dialog.
  
  6. Choose Create/Edit Requisition.
  
  7. Now login as maxadmin in Safari  (i.e login as the same user
  as we did in Chrome)
  
  8. Find the Requisition created in step 1 (1006). You should be
  able to find it as you are logged in as the same user.
  
  9. Choose Create/Edit Add Requisition.
  
  10. Change the description ('testing testing') and save as
  Draft.
  
  11. Go back to the first session in Chrome
  
  12. Choose to continue
  
  13. Choose to continue and Submit the requisition.
  
  14. Expected error is shown: BMXAA8229W - Record MR :
  Site=BEDFORD Requisition=1006 has been updated by another user.
  Your changes have not been saved. Refresh the record and try
  again.
  
  16. Go to Purchase Requisitions.
  
  17. Warning is shown: BMXAA2300I - Do you want to save your
  changes before continuing?  choose No.
  
  18. Hit enter in the List View.
  
  RESULT:
  - You will see that Maximo has created a PR 1038 for the DRAFT
  requisition 1006 we failed to submit in step 14.
  - Maximo will allow the user to create a PO from the PR for this
  unsubmitted requisition.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  - Maximo should not create a PR for the requisition we failed to
  submit in step 14.
