Error description
Steps to reproduce: 1. Log in to Maximo as Theo (theo / theo) 2. Go to Manage Inspection Forms 3. Create a new form 4. Enter a name 5. Select a form type 6. Add instructions with image and click "Save" 7. Then click on "Save" again 8. In the Revision History page, click on the "Edit" icon 9. Expand the instruction section Actual result: Verify that the text entered at step 6 was not saved and the instructions section is blank. Expected result: The text entered by the user should be properly saved.
