IJ45564: CONFIGURATION ITEM(CI) RECORD'S SITE AND ORG FIELD NOT BEING CARRIED OVER TO COLLECTION RECORD

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Configuration Item(CI)  Site and Org field when populated is
  not being carried over to the Collections record when the CI
  record is added to the Collections record. When the
  CI record is added to the Collections the Site and Org field
  becomes read only.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1)Go to Configuration Items application
  2)Select CI Record >PLAS56 note the record site and org fields
  are populated (Site=Bedford and Org=EagleNA)
  3)Change record to status operating
  4)Go to Collections application
  5)Create new Collection  > Test001
  6)Click new Row
  7)CI field >select CI from step #1 "PLAS56"
  8)CI record PLAS56 populates> however note the site=Bedford and
  org=EagleNA are not carried over
  9)The Site and Organization fields are now set to read only.
  
  
  Results:
  The CI record's Site=Bedord and Org=EagleNA are not carried over
  to the Collections Record.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  CI record site and org when populated should be carried over
  to the Collections record.
