  Inventory Usage as Issue and enter the same item on 2 lines then
  change the status to complete and get the error ' BMXAA8229W -
  Record INVLIFOFIFOCOST : Content Unique
  ID=883d0753-391c-47eb-b336-6dcc4719724d has been updated by
  another user. Your changes have not been saved. Refresh the
  record and try again.'
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to inventory and create an item with FIFO with a balance
  greater than 1 and condition enabled is checked
  Item: TESTDF52
  Order Unit: EACH
  Issue Unit: EACH
  Condition Enabled?: checked
  
  Condition Codes section
  Condition Code: NEW
  Condition Rate: 100
  More Actions > Add Items To Storerooms

  Change Status: Active
  Roll New Status to Organizations and Inventory?: checked
  2. Go to Inventory Usage
  3. Create new issue type Inventory Usage record and add two rows
  as issue type, both for the same item
  Usage: 1013
  Usage Type: ISSUE
  From Storeroom: PKG
  a. Click New Row
  Item: TESTDF52
  Condition Code: NEW
  Location: BR240
  GL Debit Account: 6210-350-200
  b. Click New Row
  Item: TESTDF52
  Condition Code: NEW
  Location: BR450
  GL Debit Account: 6210-326-300
  Save
  4. Change status to COMPLETE and get the BMXAA8229W -
  BMXAA8229W - Record INVLIFOFIFOCOST error
  
  RESULTS: Get the below message when trying to change the
  Inventory record to COMPLETE
  System Message:
  BMXAA8229W - BMXAA8229W - Record INVLIFOFIFOCOST : Content
  Unique ID=863767ad-7211-4598-a45d-5886130d138a has been updated
  by another user. Your changes have not been saved. Refresh the

  EXPECTED RESULTS: To be able to change the record to complete
