Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
In Graphical Work Week application, the Graphical View displays
the unexpected work tasks of the same parent work order number
    but from other site.

    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. In Work Order Tracking application, create two work orders
with the same wonum but in different sites, for example, follow
    the following steps:
    - Login user wilson with default insert site=BEDFORD
    - Create WO: ANG1 (Angela WO 1 - Bedford)
    - Create two tasks under ANG1:
    10 (ANG1 task1 - Bedford)
    20 (ANG1 task2 - Bedford)
    - Set Schedule Start: 2/20/23 11:30 AM
    - In Assignment tab, specify Craft: ELECT
    - Change user wilson's default insert site to TEXAS
    - Create WO: ANG1 (Angela WO 1 - Texas)
    - Create two tasks under ANG1:
    10 (ANG1 task1 - Texas)
    20 (ANG1 task2 - Texas)
    - Set Schedule Start: 2/21/2023 02:30 PM
    - In Assignment tab, specify Craft: ELECT

    2. In Graphical Work Week application, create a new work list
and bring in the work order belonging to one site, for example,
    follow the following steps:
    - Create work list: ANGTEST1
    - Make sure Start and End date covers the Schedule Start date of
    the work orders, eg. Start-End date: 2/17/23 11:00 PM-3/3/23
    11:00 PM
    - Specify the query to bring in the work order of BEDFORD site,
eg. Query: wonum like '%ANG1%' and siteid = 'BEDFORD'

    3. Go to Graphical View, check the work displayed.

    RESULTS:
The following work order and tasks are displayed:
    ANG1 (Angela WO 1 - Bedford)
    10 (ANG1 task1 - Bedford)
    20 (ANG1 task2 - Bedford)
    10 (ANG1 task1 - Texas)
    20 (ANG1 task2 - Texas)

    EXPECTED RESULTS:
Only the work order and tasks of BEDFORD site should be
    displayed:
    ANG1 (Angela WO 1 - Bedford)
    10 (ANG1 task1 - Bedford)
    20 (ANG1 task2 - Bedford)

    REPORTED IN VERSION:
    Maximo 7.6.1.2 and 7.6.1.3
