APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Solaris OS servers with No Scan Data due to 'improper'
    'LparCapacity' value (this can be verified by looking into
    cit_capacity_xxx_tlm_hw scans).
    Example: <LparCapacity>0.007812</LparCapacity>
    ILMT logic does not handle values smaller than 0.01.
    
    Error in ILMT import.log:
    no LPAR layer or its data was incomplete (make sure the scanner
    on the endpoint is in the latest version)! - HW scan data will
    be discarded
    
    Troubleshooting the issue:
    1 - Enable import debug in ILMT via Management > Advanced Server
    Settings, and change the value of the debug_logging_for_imports
    parameter to true.
    2 - Perform a single capacity scan for this server as per https
