APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • PROBLEM:
    The level applied for a condition report does not appear in "SLA
    History" section on "View History" dialog.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) From Service Level Agreements application, create a new SLA
    record as below.
    
    SLA : TESTSLA
    Description : Test SLA
    Applies To : PLUSCA
    
    2) Expand Additional SLA Criteria section, and specify the
    following value.
    
    pluscalevel = 'TESTLEVEL'
    
    3) In Commitments section, add a new entry as below.
    
    Commitment : TEST
    Description : Test Commitment
    Type : Other
    
    4) Save the record and change status to Active.
    
    5) From Domains application, open PLUSCALEVEL domain, and add
    the entry as below.
    
    Value : TESTLEVEL
    Description : Test Level
    
    6) From Condition Reports(Nuc) application, create a new record
    with the following values.
    
    Description : Test Condition Report
    Site : BEDFORD
    
    7) From More Actions, select "Apply Level", and select
    "TESTLEVEL". Then click OK.
    
    8) From More Actions, select "View SLAs", and confirm "TESTSLA"
    is applied on "View SLAs" dialog.
    
    9) From More Actions, select "View History". However, "TESTSLA"
    does not appear in "SLA History" section on "View History"
    dialog.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Level "TESTSLA" should appear in "SLA History" section on "View
    History" dialog.
    
    PRODUCT VERSION:
    
    Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3
    

Local fix

  • Set the Unit of Measure field in the SLA commitment.
