IJ45209: DATA SHEET STATUS CHANGING INCORRECTLY

• Problem Description
  Filling datasheet in work order, Maximo changes incorrectly from
  FAIL to PASS the data sheet status after added more information
  in the Data sheet tab in Work order application.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  .GO TO PLANNING >> DATA SHEET TEMPLATE
  .Create a new Data Sheet record
  .Data Sheet: DS100
  .In the Asset Functions section, click New Row
  .Asset Function: 10
  .Description: Asset Function 10
  .Type: DISCRETE
  .Repeatable?: YES
  .In the Tolerance 1 section enter values:
    -Description: Asset Function 10 / Tolerance 1
    -Single From: -10
    -To: 10
    -As: %reading
    -Status when Exceeded: FAIL
  
  .Scroll down until the Calibration Points tab
  .Click New Row button
    -Calibration Point: 10
    -Description: Asset Function 10 / Calibration Point 10
    -Set Point: 1000
  
  .Click New Row button to create a second calibration point
    -Calibration Point: 20
    -Description: Asset Function 10 / Calibration Point 20
    -Set Point: 2000
  
  .Scroll back up to Asset functions section
  .Click New Row
  .Asset Function: 20
  .Description: Asset Function 20
  .Input Information section enter values:
    -Input Range From: 100.00
    -To: 300.00
    -Units: psi
  
  .Output Information section enter values:
    -Output Range From: 4.00
    -To: 20.00
    -Units: mA
    -Tolerance on Output?: YES
  
  .In the Tolerance 1 section enter values:
    -Description: Asset Function 20 / Tolerance 1
    -Single From: -1.00
    -To: 1.00
    -As: EU
    -Status when Exceeded: FAIL
  
  .Scroll down until the Calibration Points tab
  .Click New Row button
    -Calibration Point: 10
    -Description: Asset Function 20 / Calibration Point 10
  
  .Nominal Input: 100.00
  
  .Click New Row button to create a second calibration point
  .Calibration Point: 20
  .Description: Asset Function 20 / Calibration Point 20
  .Nominal Input: 200.00
  .Save
  .Change status to APPROVED
  
  
  .GO TO >> WORK ORDERS >> WORK ORDER TRACKING
  .Create a new work order
  .Asset: CAL101
  .Work Type: CAL
  .Click on Data Sheet tab
  .Associated the Data Sheets we created previously
  .Save the record
  .Change Status to Approved
  
  .In the Calibration Points tab enter values for Asset Function
  10
  .Calibration Point 10
  .As Found Set Point 2000 only for the first line, others related
  lines enter 1000.
  .As Left Set Point 1000
  
  .Calibration Point 20
  .As Found Set Point 2000
  .As Left Set Point 2000
  .Save
  
  .Note that in Asset Functions section, As Found Status and As
  Left Status updates to FAIL and PASS respectively
  
  
  .Click in Asset Function 20
  
  .On the Calibration Points tab enter values for Asset Function
  20:
  .Calibration Point 10
  .As Found Input 100.00
  .As Found Output 4.00
  .As Left Input 100.00
  .As Left Output 4.00
  
  .Calibration Point 20
  .As Found Input 200
  .As Found Output 12
  .As Left Input 200
  .As Left Output 12
  .Save the Work Order
  
  .Note that in Asset Functions section, As Found Status and As
  Left Status updates to PASS
  
  
  .Back to Associated Data Sheets sections
  
  .Expand the Data Sheet line
  .In Environmental conditions set the following values
  .Temperature: 30
  .Units: Deg C
  .Humidity: 75
  .Units: %
  .Save
  
  .Note that in Associated Data Sheets sections section, As Found
  Status changes from FAIL to PASS and now As found Status and As
  Left Status has PASS status which its wrong.
  
  RESULTS:
  
  As Found Status changes from FAIL to PASS.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  User expects to keep the As Found Status in FAIL.
