IJ45207: INSTALL OF MAXIMO 7.6.1.2 IFIX022 AND NEWER FAILS DUE TO HF7612_93 AND 95 SCRIPTS

Error description

• Problem details:

  Applying iFix022 and newer fails on Maximo 7.6.1.2 environments,
  where the base language is different than English.
  The same happens for Maximo 7.6.1.3 iFix001 and iFix002,
  although iFix003 works fine.
  Maximo 7.6.1.3 must also have a base language different than
  English.
  
  The issue is due to scripts HF7612_93 and 95, added in Maximo
  7.6.1.2 iFix021.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  ===================
  1. Install a Maximo 7.6.1.2 environment with base language
  different than English.
  2. Apply iFix022 - this will fail.
  
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  ====================
  The iFix is deployed successfully.
  
  Reproduced On:
  ========================
  Maximo 7.6.1.2 (starting with IFIX 21) and 7613 (IFIX 001 and
  002)
