IJ45206: DATA IMPORT OF POLINE WITH ACTION="DELETE" NOT POSSIBLE VIA MIF

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Poline delete action is not possible via MIF since upgrading to
  Maximo 7.6.1.2 and applying IF021 (build date 20220506-1004) and
  is still reproducible on later TPAE IFIXes.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1) Create PR 'PR1' with 3 line items and Approve it..
  
  0-0031 - Elbow, Street- 1-1/8 In X 90 Deg
  11406 - AC Spark Plug
  61503 - Brake Shoe Kit
  
  2) Create PO 'PO1' for PR1 with same 3 line item and Approve it.
  
  
  3) Via MIF to delete the PO1 's line item POLINE 1 via
  action="DELETE"
  
  i.e.
  Go to Integrations module -> External Systems application and
  open ES: EXSYS1 (ensure it is enabled)
  Go to Enterprise Services tab open MXPOINTERFACE
  Click Data Import - select "XML File", then "Select File" from
  local drive, i.e. MXPOSet.xml and click OK to import.

  not been deleted

  Checking in Message Reprocessing / Message Tracking
  applications, it highlights error:
  
  BMXAA3246E - Purchase order line 1 is not valid for purchase
  order PO1.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: MIF delete action should remove the line
  specified in XML
