  1. Apply 7613 IFIX 02
  2. Go to Manage Inspection Form
  Find an existing active form
  3. Try to revise
  
  
  
  RESULT: Get error "BMXAA7135E - The Boolean value of
  INSPECTIONFORM .ENABLEREVIEW cannot be retrieved. BMXAA4118I -
  The Boolean field is blank and requires a value "
