Error description

• DESCRIPTION: When a task is added in the Tools tab of a Work
  Order, multiple stanzas of <WPTOOL> can be seen the Publish
  channel.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Pre reqs
  1) Go to Integration, Object Structures, Create a new Object
  Structure: TEST_WOACTIVITY; Consumed By: Integration; Inbound
  Processing Class: psdi.iface.mic.StatefulMicSetIn
  (a) Source Objects for TEST_WOACTIVITY;
  (i) Object: WOACTIVITY; Parent Object: <blank>; Object Location
  Path: WOACTIVITY; Relationship: <blank>; Object Order: 1
  (ii) Object: WORKORDER; Parent Object: WOACTIVITY; Object
  Location Path: WOACTIVITY/WORKORDER; Relationship: PARENT;
  Object Order: 1
  (iii) Object: WPTOOL; Parent Object: WOACTIVITY; Object Location
  Path: WOACTIVITY/WPTOOL; Relationship: WPTOOL; Object Order: 2
  
  2) Go to Integration, Publish Channels, Create a new Publish
  Channel: TEST_WOACTIVITY
  (a) From More Actions; Enable Event Listener and Select Message
  Tracking option; Click the check box - Enable Message Tracking;
  Store Message
  
  3) Go to External Systems: EXTSYS1; Enabled: YES;
  (a) Switch to Publish Channels, Add TEST_WOACTIVITY and enable
  it.
  
  Reproduce the Issue
  4) Go to Work Orders; Work Order Tracking;
  (a) Create a new Work Order
  (b) Switch to Plans tab; Under Tasks for Work Order created in
  the previous step. Add a new Row; Task: 10; Save. Note:
  Performing a Save at this step is crucial to reproduce the
  issue.
  (c) Scroll down and go to Tools tab; Add a new Row; Select Task:
  10; Select Tool: DRILL; Save
  
  5) Go to Integrations; Message Tracking; Look for the
  Integration Component: TEST_WOACTIVITY with Operation: Publish
  and check the payload.
  (a) Some of the payload is below. Observe there are 2 similar
  entries for <WPTOOL>
  <TEST_WOACTIVITYSet> <WOACTIVITY action="Replace">
  <PARENT>1893_TEST2</PARENT> <WONUM>T1077</WONUM> <WPTOOL>
  </WPTOOL> <WPTOOL> </WPTOOL>
  
  
  RESULT: Duplicate entry for <WPTOOL> can be seen in the payload.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULT: Only one stanza/entry for <WPTOOL> should be
  present.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION: Tivoli's process automation engine
