IJ44644: PERFORMANCE ISSUE WHILE SELECTING GL ACCOUNT COMPONENT CODES USING GL NAVIGATOR

Error description

• Problem Description:
  Similar as APAR IJ28867, the performance issue occurs when Chart
  of Accounts table has large number of records.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Using System Properties application, set
  mxe.app.financial.ExcludeCOACheckinNavigator system property to
  1.
  
  2. Using a SQL tool, run the following:
  update maxvars set varvalue='1' where varname='GLCHECKCOA';
  commit;
  
  3. Go to Purchase Orders application.
  
  4. Create a new PO.
  
  5. Go to PO Lines tab and click on New Row button.
  
  6. In the GL Debit Account field, click on the lookup icon.
  
  7. In the GL Account Navigator dialog, click on the last GL
  Account component.
  
  RESULTS:
  The cursor starts spinning and it takes several minutes to the
  system brings up the list of GL Component Values for selection.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  GL Account Navigator should allow nearly immediate value
  selection.
