APAR status

Error description

  • Users that have Language and Locale in Maximo set to non-English
    receive an error when downloading delta Lookup Data only in
    Anywhere Technician.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    - In Maximo open Default Information and set locale and language
    to any other language than English
    
    - Log in with the same user to Maximo Anywhere
    - Download all lookup data first: Settings > Refresh Lookup Data
    - download successfully finishes
    - Refresh lookup data and select "Changes" only - an error is
    displayed: Lookup data could not be downloaded
