IJ44530: ERROR: MISSING PROPERTY MXE.INT.BIDI.SS - REQUEST FOR CONFIRMATION OF CORRECT VALUE (NULL)

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a web service is called, the following error is written in
  the log
  Error: Missing property mxe.int.bidi.ss - request for
  confirmation of correct value (null)
  This error is generated when the mxe.int.bidi.ss system property
  has not been created.
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1. Install the 7.6.1.2 fix pack containing the IF023 IFIX.
  
  2. Check the system properties application to confirm that the
  property mxe.int.bidi.ss is set correctly to null
  
  3. If the value is set to null for the property mxe.int.bidi.ss
  in the System properties application then the code will work
  correctly.
  
  Expected behaviour:
  
  The installer should set the mxe.int.bidi.ss system property
  with a null value. The warning should not be generated because
  the system property has been created
  
  Current behaviour:
  
  The error message "Error: Missing property mxe.int.bidi.ss -
  request for confirmation of correct value (null)" is being
  logged because the system property is not being set
  
  
  Environment:
  
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.2
