Error description
A TADDM Discovery that utilises ITM to retrieve metrics from agents relies on KT1 to send SOAP requests from TEPS to the Hub TEMS. In SP11, KT1 was modified to exploit the session IDs that the Hub SOAP server returns in order to accommodate MFA. However, the structures that KT1 uses to cache session IDs are only initialised if KT1 is invoked through tacmd; when invoked by TEPS, the structures aren't uninitialised, and so an access violation occurs when they're accessed.
Local fix
The code has been modified to properly initialize the session ID cache when KT1 is invoked by TEPS.
