APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The Set Report File Export Options action in Report
    Administration does not cause the desired default be selected.
    Neither are non selected options suppressed.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    In Report Administration, select the Action 'Set Report File
    Export Options'.
    Select a default option, uncheck any options that you wish to
    see suppressed.
    
    Log out and back in again.
    
    Restart all Maximo JVMs.
    
    
    Log In to Maximo.
    
    Go back into Report Administration and confirm the changes.
    
    In Report Administration (or any application) select Run
    Reports and launch a report to the screen.
    
    After the report displays to the screen, click on the Export
    Report icon at the right end of the toolbar.
    
    
    The default format should display in the Export Format field.
    also, only checked formats should display here.

  • Manually select the optput option each time you need it.
