• Description:
  Getting a BMXAA3279E - Could not change PO 1166 status to APPR.
  BMXAA4146E - Not a valid GL account error when trying to approve
  an Internal PO across different sites
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Pre-reqs:
  - Organizations (Both EagleNA and EagleUK)--> Inventory Options
  --> Inventory Defaults --> Automatically create usage documents
  for new reservations? - Checked
  - EagleUK --> Main_WK storeroom --> GL Control Account -->
  5000-100-100
  - This GL account should not be in use in any of the
  organizations
  
  Replication Steps:
  
  1. Login to Maximo as maxadmin --> Default Bedford site
  
  2. Go to Purchase Orders (PO) --> Create a new PO (1166)
  Site: Bedford
  Currency: GBP
  Internal - Checked
  Storeroom - MAIN-WK
  Site - Woking
  
  3. Go to PO Lines --> Select an Item (PC5-120)
  Storeroom: Central
  
  4. Save the PO
  
  5. Approve the PO
  
  RESULT:
  BMXAA3279E - Could not change PO 1166 status to APPR.
  BMXAA4146E - Not a valid GL account. Either the required
  components are not filled or the component values are not valid.
  Make sure the GL account value is entered in the appropriate
  format as defined in the GL Account application.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The PO should be approved.
