APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    A white space/section shows at the bottom of the record page in
    the Work Supervision work center when UI is zoomed out to 70% or
    less.
    There is actually no data loss (all the data is visible above in
    the various fields, just at a smaller scale due to Zoom out).
    But the white section at the bottom of the screen creates
    confusion for the users who think maybe some data is hidden or
    missing.
    
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
    * Open the Work Supervision work center.
    * Click on one of the WO record cards.
    * It shows various field values in the top section and other
    sections Scheduling Information, Related Records,
    Responsibilities and Open Work Order Tracking.
    * Go to browser options on the top-right corner. 
    * The screen is set at Zoom = 100% by default.
    * Click the minus button 3 times to bring it to 67%.
    * More sections are showing on the screen due to the smaller
    scale.
    * Click the minus button again to bring it to 50%.
    * This time, a white section appears at the bottom of the page
    below all the fields in top section and the Scheduling
    Information, Related Records, Responsibilities and Open
    Work Order Tracking sections.
     
    RESULTS: 
    A white section appears at the bottom of the page below all the
    fields in the various sections and creates confusion for users.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    
    All the background space around the fields in white boxes
    should be in the default dark background colour, including at
    the bottom of the page.
