Error description

• Problem:
  WOMATSTATUSSYNC makes entry with user's default insert org. not
  the record org.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Set users default insert site to CHILEHDQ which belongs to
  EAGLESA organization
  2. Move to the Work Order application.
  3. Select a work order that belongs to the BEDFORD site (EAGLENA
  organization)
  4. Go to Plans tab > Materials sub tab
  5. Click new row
  6. Select any item
  7. Select a storeroom
  8. Click on View Item availability
  9. Enter quantity which is more than the available quantity
  10. Click save
  11. Approve the workorder
  
  Execute the following query in the database
  
  SELECT * FROM WOMATSTATUSSYNC;
  
  Results:
  The users orgid will be populated in the database rather then
  the orgid that corresponds to the work order siteid.
