IJ43940: FAILED TO CREATE A REQUISITION IF USER'S USERID IS DIFFERENT THAN THE PERSONID

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Login as a user who's userid is different than the personid.
  
  
  Reproduce steps :
  ============
  1) Login as the user above and then try to create a requisition
  2) In the Requisition line, create a line for Material  or for
  an Item with vendor
  
     enter qty and order unit as required.
  
  3) continue, Submit
  
  4) The following error showed :
  
  BMXAA3025E - This requisition cannot be submitted because
  information is missing or incorrect.
  BMXAA3496E - Trouble processing item mrnum=1008 mrlinenum=1.
  Cause:BMXAA3097E - The person does not exist or is not active..
